Gang registry lacks any gang members

An Albuquerque city councilor says he is concerned a gang registry website he helped initiate over three months ago has yet to list one gangster. An estimated 10,000 gang members reside in Albuquerque. Councilor Ken Sanchez said he thought a gang registry was needed to keep track of them.
