Yesterday we launched our new web site. In the spirit of usability, we tried to create a new “state of the art” yellow pages directory. We hope the usability is as good, as we mean. Jef Raskin, a longtime advocate for good user interface design and one of the key creators of the Apple Macintosh, died over the weekend. Jef is credited with a number of innovations in user interface, including “click and drag”, and went on to found the Raskin Center for Humane Interfaces (RCHI).
